Pricing and guest count
The base rate includes the stay for 4 guests. Extra guests, weekend surcharges and special arrangements are priced per the pricing page. The final price and guest count are confirmed at checkout before payment.
Check-in
Check-in is via a smart lock. You receive the door code and instructions once the booking is confirmed and the traveller declaration is filled in. Fill in the traveller declaration well before arrival.
Hot tub and sauna
The hot tub, indoor sauna and lakeside sauna are used per the given instructions. Children use the beach, pier, sauna and hot tub only under adult supervision.
Technology and parking
The villa has fast Wi-Fi and EV charging for a fee. Parking is in the designated areas in the yard.
Departure
Leave the villa in the agreed condition and follow the departure instructions. Clean up after yourself, take out the rubbish and switch off the sauna. Report any damage or shortcomings without delay.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the booking channel and the booking conditions. For direct bookings the cancellation terms are shown at checkout before confirming payment. Airbnb and Booking.com bookings follow that channel’s policies. Always check the terms when booking — we are happy to help you choose a suitable date.
Liability and insurance
The renter is responsible for the group’s conduct during the stay. Intentional or negligent damage to the property is invoiced per repair costs. All guests must be reported via the traveller declaration for statutory reasons.
